Appetizers

Bruschetta with tomato salad and serrano ham

Gazpacho with scampi served with bread (Cold Spanish soup)

Chicken rolled with honey and steamed herbs of thyme and parsley. Served with ruccola salad and French mustard vinaigrette.

Deer Deer plum is served with baked root vegetables, french fries and wild sauce.

Whole-roasted beef tenderloin. Served with sautéed vegetables, king pleos, roast potatoes, celery pies and lovely red wine sauce.

Herbal steamed Brosme Serve with lentils, dill, asparagus, cauliflower purée and creamy parmesan sauce.
